Lancaster Redevelopment Corporation provides further information via its product manual.  All Builders must familiarize themselves with standard and optional specifications, as well as exclusions from Lancaster Redevelopment Corporation material packages.  Builder must provide foundation, all other masonry materials, 1st floor sub-floor deck system, insulation, drywall, paint, mirrors above vanities and pedestal sinks, heating system, rough plumbing, garage doors, framing nails, roofing nails, siding nails and certain other items.  These materials supplied by Builder to complete construction may be depicted in Lancaster Redevelopment Corporation drawings to facilitate construction permits, subcontractor relations, etc., but such depiction does not constitute a representation that Lancaster Redevelopment Corporation is providing them; only that they are necessary to complete construction.  Please consult an Authorized Representative and Purchase Agreement for further details.
